Toasted Almonds rolled in Humble Salt

Need something to fuel you through the day? Try this toasty almond recipe. We love a snack that will sustain us wherever our day may take us. Wether that may be a midday hike or a long afternoon meeting, these salty, roasted almonds have you covered. The best part about this recipe is how quick and easy it is to make. Recipe

From the Hill family kitchen

  • 2 cups of almonds

  • A pinch of Humble Salt

  • 2 Tbsp of hot water

  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Place 2 cups of almonds in a mixing bowl along with a pinch of Humble Salt and 2 Tbsp of hot water.

  3. Mix it up!

  4. Place the seasoned almonds on a lined baking sheet and place that in the oven for 7 minutes.

  5. Toss the almonds and put them back in the oven for another 7 minutes.

  6. Once done, drizzle olive oil over the almonds and sprinkle additional Humble Salt, to taste.
