Our Story
Humble Salt didn’t come from a white-tablecloth city restaurant - it was born in a ranch kitchen under the wide open Western sky.
Out in the tall pines of Northern California, where two rivers meet and meals are often made over open flame, our youngest brother needed a no-fuss way to make every plate better. Feeding a hungry crew day after day, he built a seasoning blend that could hold its own - simple, reliable, and full of bold flavor.
When he brought it home, one taste was all it took for his brother, Cory, to know this wasn’t just ranch cooking - it was something worth passing around, the kind you keep within reach at the table.
Humble Salt grew from that fire - built for cast iron, long days, a little smoke in the air, and meals shared under the stars.
